How is Vice Sneakers different from other footwear retailers?

Our customers receive exclusive discounts based on how much they spend, compared to other retailers that won't give benefits to the customers.

What determines the price of shoes?

We work with sellers to determine sale prices systematically using a myriad of factors such as shoe condition, rarity, and size availability. 

If an item says “worn” is it the same as in the picture?

The picture on the website for worn items are not of the actual shoe, but a stock image, taken here at Vice Sneakers, of a deadstock pair.  Worn items are priced according to their condition.  If you would like to request pictures of the actual worn pair for sale, you may send a request to info@vicesneakers.com.  Include the name, size, and price of the item.

How can I find a specific shoe?

You can find our entire catalog of inventory listed online on our website. If you’re in pursuit of a specific pair, go ahead and click on the search button on the top right to browse our products. If we’re out of the size you’re looking for, send us an email and we’ll notify you when it becomes available again. All you have to do is sign up to receive email notifications from us. This can be done by signing up for our newsletter or creating an account.

Are all products sold at Vice Sneakers authentic?

Yes, all of our inventory is guaranteed authentic.

What size should I pick when I order sneakers?

Size is a personal preference, but we do recommend check out our sizing chart to get a better understanding and make the right choice.

How can I make changes to or cancel my order?

RETURNS

What is Vice Sneaker's return policy?

All sales are final, meaning no returns or exchanges. Should you have any additional concerns or questions, please contact customer support at info@vicesneakers.com  Please note: Vice Sneakers will not honor any claims once the hang tag is removed from the shoe.

DELIVERY

When will my order arrive?

Order processing can take up to seven business days before items are boxed, labeled and shipped out. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with their tracking information.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

You may ship to an address that differs from your billing address.

 

PAYMENT

What types of payment does Vice Sneakers accept?

Vice Sneakers currently accepts: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders shipped to applicable states will be charged their respective sales tax rates. Qualifying orders that are shipped to an Australian address will be subject to a 10% Goods and Services Tax in accordance with Australian legislation.
